Mi Croevkhas is a Moscow based artist originating from a Russian industrial town of Elektrostal (from Russian Электро (Elektro) — lit: Electric and Сталь (Stal) — lit: Steel). The town is built around metallurgical and chemical-mechanical facilities. That for sure did have an impact on the future artist's fate and musical approach.

His music is drowned in Soviet industrial legacy resulting in various forms of ambient textures and dubby riddims that shift to post jungle and prepared dancehall. In this rhythmic haze we can hear the sounds of soviet synths forgotten in boxrooms and pieces of old tape recordings, Korg ESX machine-like grooves. And on top of all — Roland SP-404SX unquantized beat & bass workouts.

Mi Croevkhas has played at NII and Mutabor (Moscow, Russia), Loophole (Berlin, Germany) and Dada (St. Petersburg, Russia). He contributed his music and mixes to different radio platforms such as Worldwide FM, BBC Radio 6, Resonance Moscow and New New World Radio.
